All use of the website, Cobham site (the "Site") shall be on the following terms and conditions which constitute a legal agreement between you and us (KPMG LLP (UK) of 15 Canada Square, London, E14 5GL, also "KPMG" and "we"). Any claim brought against us will be subject to the limitation of liability contained in the agreement between us and your employer (or your employer's group of companies) under which this Site is made available.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from the information this Site provides. No liability is excluded to the extent such exclusion would not be permitted by law.

Any personal data that we collect from you via the Site shall be processed by us in accordance with our privacy statement which is hereby incorporated as part of these terms and conditions.

We are established in England and the laws of England shall apply to these terms and conditions. You hereby agree that the place of performance of the services you receive from us via the Site is England and you hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer any rights or benefits on any third-party.
