The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to inform you how your personal data will be treated and what protection is in place. You are currently accessing Cobham Choices website, which is operated by KPMG on behalf of Cobham.

The Cobham Choices system works best when the information provided by you is as accurate as possible. Please ensure that the information about you on Cobham Choices is correct and up to date. If you feel any of the information held about you is incorrect then please speak to your HR department.

KPMG has appropriate technical and organisational security policies and procedures in place to protect your personal data and information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

Additionally, we aim to ensure that access to your personal data is limited to those who need to access it. Those individuals are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

We use reasonable efforts to retain personal data collected from you only for so long as we need such data in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected or until we are requested to delete it by Cobham (if earlier).

Your employer's use of your data

As you will appreciate, in addition to the use which we may make of your personal and non-personal data, all such data will be available to your employer. Your employer will use such data in accordance with the provisions set out in your employment contract, employee handbook and any policies issued by your employer from time to time.

Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet the costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
